Breastmilk mailing instructions

  The 8-12 week processing time      begins upon receiving and checking in your breastmilk, performed weekly,      usually on Mondays.

• Triple bag one ounce of fully THAWED breastmilk for up to three jewelry pieces. 
• Write your name and order # on the OUTSIDE BAG. Specify milk for each piece if sending multiple milks. DO NOT send your “last” milk to avoid potential losses.
• Package in USPS SMALL FLAT RATE BOX (or any box if outside the US). 
• Kindly DO NOT require a signature for delivery. Include your full name and return address. 
• Keep the tracking receipt; Sara's creation is not responsible for lost inclusions during transit.

• For designs with added hair, send a one-inch section (2-3 cm) tied with a string. Place the hair in a separate ziplock bag labeled with your last name and order number.
• Failure to follow these instructions may lead to the hair being discarded due to static electricity. Any unused hair will be discarded; avoid sending the last of any hair.

• Send 1 teaspoon of ashes per design; contact us if you have less.
• Triple bag the ashes, securely tape the bag, and include your order number and last name.
• Unused ashes will be returned with your finished piece(s). Avoid sending the last of your ashes to prevent potential issues.
• Use a USPS SMALL FLAT RATE BOX for U.S. customers; any box is suitable for international orders. Do not use regular envelopes or bubble mailers.
• Kindly DO NOT require signature for delivery. Ensure your full name and return address are on the package.
• Obtain tracking and retain the receipt. Sara’s creation is not responsible for inclusions lost in transit and cannot refund shipping totals due to factors beyond our control.

• Preferably use Canadian Post or FedEx.
• Include a note with the breastmilk stating: “Of Human Origin. For Therapeutic Use Only.”
• Mark the item as a “gift” on the customs form with a value of $1.
• Declare the breastmilk as “jewelry making” material on the customs form. Sara’s creation is not responsible for any customs fees imposed by your country; additional taxes or fees are your responsibility.

 NEVER send the last of your milk/hair/ashes; mistakes can happen. Sara's creation is not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping, including handling by third-party services. These instructions will be reiterated in your confirmation email for easy reference.
